SELF DISCOVERY
Your Narrative
We will get to know each other and assess for strengths, aptitudes and program wants and needs. These, along with high school activities past and present, will create your narrative – the story of YOU. The goal is to aptly portray your narrative in your applications. This step will also bring awareness to possible course of study in college and work during and after college.
COLLEGE LIST
Create a Path and a Plan
If college is the right fit, we will build a list of potential colleges weighing qualities of the school, major, requirements, finances, aptitudes and personality. If a GAP or vocational program is the desired path, we will explore and gather all program options that fit. We will also consider study abroad.
ESSAYS
Write for the Narrative
We will look at all of your involvement and experience which will further form the narrative and be listed in the extra curricular section of applications. For the essays, there will be brainstorming and editing sessions until they perfectly show who YOU are and depict why you are applying.
APPLY
Tackle the Details
A timeline for all applications will be made. We will strategize on how best to portray YOU in each application and will review every detail. We won’t forget vital tasks or deadlines for submission of letters of recommendation, test scores and transcripts.
DECIDE
The next chapter
This is the exciting part. Weighing all factors from the college list but taking into account new information and the benefit of time, you will make YOUR decision.
